I'm Os Mohamed, a project delivery and project controls leader based in Melbourne, Australia. I've worked across complex, high-stakes projects—especially renewables and data centres—where schedules and decisions need to be reliable, not performative.
My day-to-day focus is building delivery certainty: clear programme logic, disciplined project controls rhythms, milestone readiness, and executive reporting that drives action. I treat the schedule as a communication system—something teams use to align, commit, and deliver.
Alongside my work in industry, I'm building software products under the Nomad umbrella—such as Nomad Syncra and NomadFlow—to modernise how teams manage schedules, readiness, and commissioning workflows with practical automation and AI where it genuinely helps.
